这是游戏之作,一为告慰公众号读者,一为学术之余给自己找找乐子。收获是巨大的。管中窥豹,可见生态已经渗透到企业经营的各种职能。这也佐证了 论生态思维与传统战略规划的整合 一文的观点,生态不是一个全新的规划层次,而应润物细无声地与现有体系整合。只不过,几乎所有的岗位都是业务部门层次的业务生态相关,如何利用生态思维在公司层面开展生态管理,似乎并不多见。我很确信,这是因为我走在了实践的前面。当然,数据也不全面。
最后,我再次呼吁,学术研究要注重与实践结合。当前的生态研究,尤其是战略领域的生态理论化进展,正在与实践加快脱节。其理论化是以“如何确立生态概念不同于其他学术概念"为问题导向的。这不是真正的问题导向。先寻求学术合法性,在学术界先立住脚然后再指导实践,只会与实践渐行渐远
我希望看到一篇paper来扭转这种我认为危险的倾向。本文提供了一个很好的思路,可以识别学术界与产业实践之间的gap,进而指导未来研究方向。希望有看到生态研究领域的有识之士来开展这项工作,我愿当马前卒。
